Overview:

As the number of Linux systems increase in your IT environment linearly, the cost and complexity of managing them can increase exponentially. It is not practical nor scalable to throw more people at the problem to manually manage the increasing number of systems. Instead what you need is a systems management platform that provides:

  • Centralized and automated content updates
  • Configuration management
  • Provisioning, bare-metal and virtualized servers
  • Monitoring, alerting and performance reporting

Red Had Satellite is a systems management platform that makes Linux deployable, scalable, and manageable. During this webinar we will review several scenarios that show the power of Red Hat Satellite to reduce both the cost and complexity of managing your Linux environment. Satellite server can improve the performance and consistency of your Linux servers while enabling you to meet your business needs.
